For the student who lacks motivation,has low confidence and self-esteem....something which helps you get through most of the problems and challenges in your life especially the emotional ones such as stress,anxiety,panic attacks,worry,lack of confidence,depression,fears......

Most of these things were created in your life by experiences.They changed your thought patterns,pictures in your head,confidence.if you can create something,you can also destroy it.

Believe in yourselves.....

Relax to get rid from physical tension.

Maintain your diet...

Practice breath excersise.

Try to sove problems easily..

This will help you fight against negative thoughts which put you down and which tries to destroy you....
