At first people refuse to believe that a strange new thing can be done,then they begin to think it can't be done.Then they see it can be done.Then it is done and all the world wonders why it was not done before.
people are your most important resource and if the people you work with can become your friends they would be with you even in hell...helping you taste success...so stay connected....It is not just about winning friends;it's also about driving people and friends toward higher levels of efforts...if you can gain new friends,they will be with you when you are in need.......
